Dear Salesian Community,

As we embark upon a new school year, we are reminded of God’s presence, and we give thanks for the blessings He continues to pour upon us. With a heart of gratitude, I am blessed to share some exciting developments within our school organization. I trust that these updates will deepen our shared commitment to our mission, educating the hearts and minds of our youth in the spirit of Don Bosco.

I am pleased to announce that I have appointed Kenneth Farr II ‘10 to be Vice-President/Principal. This appointment is a testament of Mr. Farr’s unwavering commitment to Catholic education and nurturing the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of every student. In this dual role, he will continue to guide our faculty, staff, and students with the same compassionate leadership and strong faith. He will report directly to me, and will oversee our Admissions, Marketing, and Human Resource Departments. This expansion of his duties will allow me to spend more time devoted to working on overall development and capital improvements on our campus.

I am also delighted to share updates that reflect our growing commitment to our community connection and outreach. As of July 1st, Chellsea Rivera took on the role as Associate Principal of Social Excellence, while continuing her role as Director of Marketing. Gabriella Zaragoza ‘08 now serves as Marketing and Alumni Engagement Coordinator, focusing on strengthening connection with our alumni. We welcome Katrin Porcella, joining us to focus on enhancing our website and online presence. Together Ms. Rivera, Ms. Zaragoza, and Ms. Porcella will play an integral role in building stronger relationships with our community, celebrating our shared achievements, and ensuring that Salesian messaging is told in the most engaging and meaningful ways.

Please keep us all in your prayers as we continue to serve the youth entrusted to us. We look forward to the exciting work ahead, continued growth, and of course, welcoming our students back for another wonderful year rooted in reason, religion, and loving kindness.
