Each year, our Salesian community comes together for one of the most meaningful traditions of our school - Service Day. On this special day, students, faculty, and staff step away from the classroom or office and into the heart of the community. Joined together in Faith Families, groups spread out across local schools, animal shelters, parks, and various service organizations to offer their time, energy, and compassion.
More than just a day of volunteer work, Service Day is a living expression of St. John Bosco's mission: To serve others not only through action, but through presence, kindness, and faith. St. John Bosco believed that true service uplifts the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. At Salesian, we carry that vision forward by nurturing a culture where service is rooted in love and genuine care for our neighbors.
The joy, unity, and sense of purpose felt throughout the day are a testament to the incredible spirit of our students and staff. Already, excitement is building for next year's Service Day as we continue to grow in our call to serve others with humility, generosity, and faith.
