Salesian Letter from Leadership

A Letter from Leadership

Dear Salesian Community,

We are thrilled to share some exciting news that reflects both the growth of our campus and the vitality of our Salesian mission. Over the past several months, a tremendous transformation has taken place, one that not only enhances our physical space but also deepens our commitment to forming young people in the spirit of St. John Bosco.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the William G Irwin Foundation and a group of deeply committed alumni, we have installed a brand-new, state-of-the-art turf field—a multi-purpose space that will serve as a hub for athletics, student life, and community engagement. This significant upgrade replaces the old turf, which had reached the end of its usable life, and positions our campus for a bright and active future. Our new field is more than just a place for sport. It is a space for community, formation, and belonging. It will host our football and soccer teams, and we’re excited by the possibility of launching a new flag football team in the near future. We envision this field being used for PE classes, intramurals, school spirit events, and other gatherings that bring our Salesian family together.

We believe that play, teamwork, and healthy competition are essential to the holistic education of our students. This new field is a continuation of that vision.

Together, let us continue building a school where students feel seen, supported, and inspired—on the field and beyond.

In the spirit of Don Bosco,
