Breaking ground on The Pavilion

On October 17, the ceremonial groundbreaking of The Michael Oddo and Jennifer Oddo Pavilion took place. With the sun shining on the school’s 21-acre campus, key stakeholders including the entire student body, faculty, staff, and administration gathered for this landmark moment in the school’s rich history.

The Pavilion will be named after Michael Oddo ‘76 and his wife, Jennifer Oddo, whose leadership and philanthropy have helped shape the future of the Salesian community. Their support reflects a commitment to sustained investment in education, student opportunity, and community well‐being. The Pavilion will be a space where current and future students will gather and grow.

The Pavilion will provide state-of-the-art facilities, modern classrooms, flexible collaboration spaces, and an arena that can accommodate 1400 spectators. The Pavilion will become a dynamic hub where academic, spiritual, and co-curricular life intersect. It signals the school’s confidence in future growth as Salesian prepares students for college and beyond, carrying forth Don Bosco’s vision of church, home, playground, and school. The Pavilion represents an investment in students, education, talents, and formation. We are grateful to all involved.

The Pavilion will serve as a sense of pride for our alumni. As they return to campus, the Pavilion will stand as a symbol of how far the institution has come and how their foundation continues to serve new generations. As the shovels broke ground, the students, faculty and staff administration, alumni, and donors stood together as one knowing that they were carrying on Don Bosco’s mission.
