Salesian at Gridley Invitational: The Pride (5-1) won the loaded Gridley Invitational — beating Oakland Tech (63-55), defending Northern California Division 1 champion Clovis North (55-53) and the Bay Area’s top team the past two seasons (Campolindo-Moraga, 68-53).
This event is held annually in early December in Gridley, California. After a two year discontinuance due to the pandemic, the tournament resumed with the following teams competing:
- Salesian College Preparatory
- Oakland Technical
- Branson
- Campolindo
- Dublin
- Archbishop Riordan
- Clovis North
- Gridley
