The Salesian Pride fall sports teams have had an exciting postseason run, with two programs earning deep playoffs runs and showcasing the strength, resilience, and pride of our student-athletes. Both Girls' Volleyball and Football delivered standout performances that energized our community and highlighted the momentum within Salesian College Preparatory athletics.

The Girls’ Volleyball team capped an exceptional season with a 28–8 overall record and a share of the TCAL Championship. The Pride advanced to the North Coast Section Division II semifinals, facing top-ranked University High School of San Francisco. Despite a hard-fought effort, Salesian fell in three sets before moving on to the NCS consolation match, where they concluded their playoff run with a 3–1 loss to Cardinal Newman. It was a remarkable postseason finish for a team that demonstrated consistency, teamwork, and a high competitive level throughout the year.

The Salesian College Preparatory Football team wrapped up its postseason just a few days ago, closing an outstanding 9–1 regular season and a 4–1 record in the TCAL Rock Division. Entering the North Coast Section Division V playoffs as the No. 3 seed, the team opened with a decisive quarterfinal win over Northgate. Their playoff journey ended in the semifinals with a tough loss to Ferndale, marking only their second defeat of the year. The team’s grit and discipline were evident in every game of their postseason run.

This weekend, the Salesian Cross Country team will make program history as we send one of our student-athletes to compete at the State Championships for the first time in Salesian Pride history. Qualifying after a standout postseason performance, Nestor '26 continues to raise the bar for our growing program. We look forward to cheering him on as he represents Salesian at the state level.
