Class of 2018
I graduated from Salesian in 2018 and attended the State University of New York at Oswego following graduation due to its reputation as a premier, best value public university in New York located on the shores of beautiful Lake Ontario. With the help of my dedicated advisor, I was able to declare a double major in International Studies and French, especially taking into account my love for cultural diversity, foreign affairs and my expertise in the French language. During my three years in the calm city of Oswego, I was able to forge valuable relationships with professors and students who shared similar interests to mine. This includes my love for the game of basketball, table tennis, reading and writing, and weight training. Following my graduation in May 2021, I was able to secure a 6 month long contract as a Human Resources intern within UNICEF’s Performance Management and Career Development section. I credit the steady trajectory of my academic and professional success to my family and support system, both in Ghana and California who have supported and motivated me financially and mentally through the years, I will forever cherish the relationships I have with them.

What are your fondest memories at Salesian?
I graduated from Salesian in 2015. From there, I went on to start a business to fund my education by the name of Deezerts, where "One Slice Will Change Your Life!" In 2018, I graduated from College of Marin with an Associates of Degree in Business Administration. I transferred to California State University, Dominguez Hills and graduated in May of 2021, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurship. Now I'm back in the Bay Area looking to be the entrepreneur of tomorrow and impact the lives of the next generation.
