Congratulations to senior football player Ronald Robertson who has committed to Pacific University to play quarterback for the Boxers.  Ronald is graduating as Salesian's all-time single season and career touchdown passing leader after throwing 95 TDs in three varsity seasons, with 41 coming in his junior year.  Ronald led the 2019 Salesian football team (13-2 record) to the TCAL Rock Division Championship, the North Coast Section Division VII Championship, the Northern California 6A Championship, and the CIF Division 6A State Championship.

Congratulations to the girls' soccer team and Coach Jeff Lindquist for winning the school's first ever back to back league championships, winning the league's regular season round-robin title.  As the result of that championship, our girls' earned the number one seed in the TCAL playoffs.  With the one seed came a first round bye in league playoffs where our team waited for the winner of the John Swett versus Jesse Bethel game to determine who we would face in the semi-finals of the league playoffs.  Bethel won that first game, so the Pride hosted the Jaguars yesterday (February 12th) at Selway-Martin field, winning convincingly by the score of 6 - 0.

The Pride will now take on the Bruins of SPSV at 4:00PM at Albany's Cougar Field to determine who will represent the TCAL as the automatic birth in the North Coast Section playoffs.  Please come out and support the Pride tomorrow afternoon.  Good luck ladies!
