Official and unofficial transcripts may be ordered in three ways - online, mail, or in person. Please allow 5-days for processing once your transcript request has been completed. Official transcripts cost $7 per copy; unofficial transcripts are free.

In Person: Click here to download form. Bring completed form (and payment if applicable) to the school's Main Office, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (closed holidays).

  • Official transcripts may be mailed to your current address or to an institution. (The accuracy of the institution's name, whose attention the transcript should be mailed to, the mailing address, etc., relies solely on the requester.)
