Hiring Swim Coach - Head Varsity
The Men’s and Women’s Head Swim Coach should have a minimum of three years of coaching experience at the high school varsity level, or two years of head/assistant collegiate coaching experience. Participation as an interscholastic athlete at the high school or collegiate level is preferred, but not required. All applicants must possess and maintain all appropriate certifications and/or authorizations for coaching. They must also have a demonstrated ability to teach, organize and supervise their student-athletes, assistants and lower-level coaches.
