The Faith Family Team (FFT) is facilitated by the faculty FFT leader. Faith Families are comprised of students from all classes (freshmen through seniors) and a faculty/staff member.
Faith Families function to assist the community to bridge the "generational divide" between classes and build a supportive and faith filled group of young people. Faith Families are students led groups. Faith Family leaders form a part of Student Leadership and Ministry (SLAM) and are selected for their leadership capacities by the members of their respective Faith Family.
Faith Families become the interclass groups that share their experiences of life and service. Faith Family groups are one of the key vehicles which students are encouraged to give their service to those around them, and through a variety of projects to the local neighborhood. Faith Families organize and participate together in a full Service Day every year. On this day, usually in April, students, faculty and staff go out into the neighborhood and involve themselves in a variety of projects.
One Faith Family student leader is elected by the FFT to serve on the Council of the Educative Pastoral Community (CEPC).
