The Dean at Salesian High School is an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the school. The Dean helps students get to class on time, ensures the smooth operation of events and activities keeps our school safe and secure. However, the Dean plays another very important role; he helps every student feel safe in an environment of mutual respect.

The mission of the Dean’s office is to promote and support the discipline policies found in the Student-Parent Handbook. These rules foster respect between students and their peers, and between students and faculty/staff members. Our disciplinary philosophy favors correction over punishment.
