Lunch Menu

Marijane Ricchiuto is an alumni parent of three. Salesian High School has been a major part of her life for more than 14 years. Marijane retired from Safeway seven (7) years ago to follow her dreams and passion for cooking by starting her catering business, "Catering by Marijane." She not only runs the lunch room at Salesian High School, but also attends many school events and student activities.

Marijane and her staff offer a daily healthy menu of chicken Caesar salads, different types of wraps, sandwiches, and pastas. Lunch punch-cards are available to purchase in the morning or at lunch time in the cafeteria during school hours.
