The Finance Department personnel work closely with the finance committee of the Board of Trustees to maintain the long-term financial strength and stability of the school.

Critical areas include short and long-term strategic planning, budgeting, treasury functions, human resources, risk management and financial reports and analyses.  The school’s financial statements are audited annually by a CPA firm.

Specific areas directed by the department include:

  • General Ledger Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll)
  • Human Resources
  • Investment Management
  • Annual Departmental Budgeting
  • Tuition Grants and Scholarships
  • Monitoring of Cash for Salesian High School Clubs and School-Wide Events
  • Monitoring of Family Involvement Hours and Service Projects

The Finance Department is open from 8AM to 4PM Mondays through Thursdays, and by appointments on Fridays.  Its office is located in the modular unit behind the residence.  Visitors should receive a pass in the school’s main office before visiting the Finance Department.
