Tuition & Fees

Tuition

  • Tuition is $13,250 for the 2012-2013 school year for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors.
  • Tuition is $13,500 for the 2012-2013 school year for Seniors. The extra $250 covers such items as the church rental for graduation, diploma, cap and gown, awards, etc.
  • The person(s) responsible for tuition payments must enroll in the Smart Tuition Enrollment program. (See instructions under the new enrollment checklist.) Tuition payments may be made in one annual payment, two semi-annual payments (July and December) or ten monthly payments (July through May excluding March for re-enrollment). Tuition payments begin July 1, 2012. A $40 late fee will be applied for any payment received after the 10th of the month (including mailed payments) and on any account carrying a balance of more than $100.
  • The charge for a returned check (NSF-Non Sufficient Funds) is $40.
  • Please notify the Director of Finance promptly if any situation arises that interferes with timely payments.
  • Please see the Student-Family Handbook for guidelines regarding tuition responsibility when a student is withdrawn or expelled in the middle of a school year.
  • Please refer to the Student-Family Handbook regarding unpaid account balances.

Registration Fees

  • Freshmen: The non-refundable enrollment fee is $850.00 and is due at the time of enrollment on March 23, 2012. This fee includes registration, capital improvement, yearbook, and disaster preparedness. 
  • Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors:  The non-refundable enrollment fee is $850.00 and is due at the time of (on-line) enrollment March 5 - 22, 2012. This fee includes registration, capital improvement, yearbook, and disaster preparedness. If the registration fee is not paid by April 1, there is a $100 late charge.

Family Involvement Fees

  • Each family is expected to provide presence and assistance in various service projects during the year. Detailed information is available in the Student-Family Handbook. Families who have not fulfilled the Family Involvement requirement by April 30th will be billed a $500 Non-Participation fee.

Tuition Assistance

  • Students receiving tuition assistance are periodically reviewed for academic and disciplinary probation and eligibility. Academic ineligibility and/or disciplinary probation may result in the loss of tuition assistance. Please see the Student-Family Handbook for more information.

Textbooks

  • Textbooks should be purchased through http://www.myschoolbookstore.com/. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will need to create an account at this website. Once an account is created, you will be instructed on how to order books, and how to utilize the on-line Buy-Back program at the end of the school year.
