Honor Societies

Salesian High School is affiliated with the National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation. At graduation, the school recognizes students who achieve lifetime membership in the National Honor Society and/or the California Scholarship Federation. Lifetime membership requires qualification in at least four of the previous six semesters.

High standards of scholarship must be maintained for membership in this society. Students are eligible to apply beginning with the second semester of their sophomore year, and must reapply for membership each semester thereafter.

Membership in this society requires a student's excellence in character, scholarship, and service. In addition, an unweighted academic grade point average of 3.5 or better must be maintained. Ten Hours of on-campus service is required per year.
